Air Management Units

Innixi Solutions Double Skin Air Handling Units in a Thermal Break Profile are among the most adaptable and high-quality solutions in the HVAC industry. These units are essential for the overall efficiency of HVAC systems. Addressing both theoretical and practical challenges, Innixi’s has designed double skin AHU units in Thermal Break Profile that are suitable for a variety of applications. Their robust structure features a self-supporting extruded aluminum frame and injected PUF insulated panels, ensuring durability and stability.

The Innixi Solutions AHU lineup offers capacities ranging from 500 CFM to 50,000 CFM and includes a base unit that comprises the fan section, coil section, filter section, and mixing box.

Pre-assembled Ducts

Innixi Solutions manufactures pre-assembled ducts in-house. Utilizing advanced CNC machines, the ducts are precisely assembled, featuring automatic alignment, stiffening brace creation, notching, bending, and cutting to size—all executed in a streamlined process based on data directly sourced from the design drawings.

These ducts are thus of superior quality providing the following benefits:

Chillers: Water-Cooled and Air-Cooled Systems

Double Skin Air Handling Units are connected to Air and Water-Cooled Chillers through M.S. or U PVC piping, utilizing a combination of 3-way mixing valves, butterfly valves, strainers, pump sets, and cooling towers. These chillers come in a range of tonnages from 25 TR to 1000 TR, accommodating various configurations. The choice between Air and Water-Cooled Chillers is based on specific application requirements.

Direct Expansion (DX) Condensing Units

DX Air-Cooled Condensing Units (Outdoor Units) are connected to Double Skin Air Handling Units via interconnecting copper piping and a range of valves that manage the flow of refrigerant gas. These DX units come in multiple tonnages, ranging from 1.5 TR to 34 TR, and are available in various configurations.
