BMS / EMS / HVAC System Architecture

The Building Management System (BMS) is essential for monitoring and controlling all interconnected systems within a Clean Room facility. Automation levels can be tailored to meet specific client needs. This is accomplished by deploying appropriate sensors at various locations to measure critical values, coupled with a controller that interprets the data, processes it, and displays the readings. Additionally, the system can set parameters for alarms, controls, and adjustments as necessary.

Key features of the Building Management System (BMS) include:

ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING SYSTEM (EMS).

The Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) is designed to monitor, record, and alert for key process parameters in pharmaceutical manufacturing, such as temperature, humidity, differential pressure, and HEPA filter conditions.

Innixi Solutions offers monitoring solutions using localized stainless steel flush display units and sensors installed within production areas to display temperature, relative humidity (RH), and pressure. These units are networked through a centralized SCADA system, which manages data records, alarms, and events, with secure login credentials in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines.
