Wall Partition System [Progressive / Non-Progressive Design]

Innixi’s modular wall panels are constructed from double-skin panels made of pre-coated or powder-coated galvanized iron (PCGI), featuring inner and outer skins with a standard thickness of 0.6 to 0.8 mm. The panels come in standard widths of 1200 mm, 1000 mm, and 900 mm. Thickness options include 50 mm, 60 mm, 80 mm, and 100 mm, with provisions for PVC conduits to accommodate electrical cables. The 80 mm and 100 mm panels are specifically designed to support return air ducts or built-in risers. Additionally, the panel height can be customized up to 5000 mm, and they can be stacked for convenience.

Modular Ceiling Panels

Innixi’s modular ceiling panels come in thicknesses of 50 mm or 60 mm, tailored to the specific application. These panels are suspended using custom-designed supports and linkages for optimal performance in various scenarios. Both walkable and non-walkable ceiling panels can be customized based on client specifications, with specialized reinforcement systems designed to support the load for walkable ceilings.

Covings

All internal and external corners of the modular wall panel systems are finished with aluminum covings featuring specialized male and female profiles that incorporate a locking mechanism. These covings are securely attached from the wall panels to the floor, from ceiling panels to wall panels, and between wall panels themselves.

Modular Clean Room Access Doors

Innixi’s Clean Room doors are crafted from galvanized or stainless steel sheets featuring lock-formed edges. These doors are insulated and bonded using polyurethane foam, honeycomb paper, or mineral wool, resulting in a sturdy, flush fit. They are finished with a double-glazed design coated in pure polyester powder with a thickness of 60-80 microns, providing a sleek, smooth surface.
